These CNC machined flange adaptors are one of the easiest ways to connect your turbo plumbing.  Flanges are:

            - Quality CNC machined from billet aluminium - strong but light weight

            - O-ringed for good seal against turbo housing

                    - provides air tight seal against turbo

                    - no dust getting in & no boost leaking out

Compressor inlet flange allows you to connect silicone hose or other piping to the inlet of a turbo with a 2 bolt flange.  2.5" (63.5mm) outside diameter, the inside is smoothly tapered to improve airflow.  

Common 2 bolt mounting pattern to suit:

T25 & T28 - Genuine Garrett & aftermarket Chinese type T25's and T28's as factory equipped to many Nissan vehicles S13 S14 S15 Sylvia & 200SX, R32 R33 R34 GTR & 300ZX Z32 twin turbo

GT25 GT2560 GT28 GT28RS - Garrett GT series turbos that use the 2 bolt inlet flange, also some aftermarket Japanese brands such as HKS, etc

2.0" compressor outlet adaptor flange

- Suit 2.0" silicone hose or similar hose/pipe.

- 3 bolt mounting pattern

- Barbed elbow for wastegate.

- Rolled lip so hose won't slip off

Compressor outlet flange allows you to connect silicone hose or other piping to the inlet of a turbo with a matching 3 bolt flange. 2.0" (50.8mm) outside diameter, the inside is smoothly tapered to improve airflow.  

The base of the flange is tapped for a 1/8" NPT thread and is fitted with a brass barbed elbow for hose connection to the wastegate actuator.  This is important because if you're not using the stock compressor outlet, then in many cases you lose the wastegate air supply fitting, so you either have to drill and tap a thread in the compressor housing, and use a barbed fitting, or use an outlet like this one.  NOTE: the fitting shown in the photo is chrome plated, however the fitting supplied is brass coloured.

Cost is $62 each. Postage to anywhere in Australia is $12.

We use a courier service that provides tracking and insurance or Express Post.   We combine postage if you buy more than one item.   For international postage, please message me.   They are lightweight, but being aluminium, we have to pack them well.
